Its not the fall that kills you, its the sudden stop at the end.

Quote by Douglas Adams, writer of "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy."

Okay, I didn't fall off the face of the Earth. I did, however bounce from one place of residence to a new place of residence. This even was quickly followed by the holidays and various other happenings that I will gladly use as an excuse for my negligence.

I also admit, sadly, that I have not been writing every day (see above excuses and carry them over). I finally started again two weeks ago and have been trying to motivate myself into getting back into the habit. I know, I know....JUST WRITE. That's absolutely true. The only way to keep yourself writing is to write.

Two weeks ago today, I sat in Border's and wrote for just under an hour. A week ago today, I did the same thing. A happy family scheduling event had given me those two opportunities. Tonight I have another commitment, but that's okay because for right now, I am HERE. I am typing away into cyberspace with the vision of riveted eyes following the text almost as mine are as I type. Yeah, I'm delusional. I do hope, however, that some of my wonderful friends out there will read this new post and know that I am still here (though a different here) and kicking myself in the bum on a regular basis to stay motivated. Love ya.
