That phrase always makes me think of Sleepless in Seattle. Do you remember that scene where Tom Hanks is trying to talk himself into calling the woman he dated? That song is playing in the background and he kind of flings the phone up as if he were drawing a gun from holster. Its cute.
The novel-in-progress is underway again. Yay! Part of it has really been milling around for a while. I knew a certain event would happen, I just didn't know how I would portray it or how I would get to the start of it. I've started it and I have some good ideas of where this is going. Fun!
The kids' novel is dormant as of yet, but I plan on taking a gander at it tomorrow. Okay, well off I go. 8)
